CA_TestKit
CA_TestKit combines our 3 Halo-Tag substrates SPY505-CA, SPY555-CA and SiR-CA, offering a wide flexibility for Halo-Tag fusion proteins labeling in live and fixed cells. The ligands are all bright, highly fluorogenic, and cell permeable. The 3 fluorophores are covering 3 distinct and very common imaging channels: FITC (green), TMR/Cy3 (orange) and Cy5 (far red).
Kit contains 3 separate tubes containing 3 nmol of each Halo-Tag substrate (ca. 30 stainings/tube**).

Take advantage of 3 ChloroAlkane (CA) Halo-Tag substrates in a single Kit. All Halo-Tag substrates are fluorogenic, highly cell permeable and well suited for widefiled, confocal, STED and SIM superresolution imaging. SPY505-CA can be imaged in a “green” channel (e.g. FITC or GFP) SPY555-CA can be imaged in an “orange” channel (e.g. TMR or Cy3) SiR-CA can be imaged in a “far red” channel (e.g. Cy5)
ChloroAlkane (CA) is the substrate of the self labeling tag Halo-Tag. Upon reaction with a CA derivative, Halo-Tag forms a covalent bond with the substrate. It allows to permanently attach a fluorescent label to any protein of interest (POI) expressed as Halo-Tag fusion.
